Welcome Evening & Pasta Party

5:00 PM

Start the weekend by joining us for a welcoming evening filled with laughter and connection. Participants will collect bibs and enjoy the “Pasta Party” in the Confignon Community Hall.

7:00 PM

At 7:00 PM, the evening continues with the beloved Pasta Party, where you’ll have the chance to meet fellow cyclists and companions, share stories, and build connections. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or a newcomer, this warm welcome evening sets the tone for an unforgettable championship.

During your stay, Geneva offers plenty to explore, with activities ranging from city discoveries to countryside adventures. Make the most of your time, and let the weekend begin!

Push Your Limits on a Thrilling Course

8:00 AM

Kick off the championship bright and early as participants gather for race number collection starting at 8:00 AM. The first race begins at 9:30 AM on a 1.9-km loop in the scenic Geneva countryside, fully closed to traffic.

Cyclists across eight categories will compete to achieve the longest distance possible in a one-hour ride—a unique format that celebrates endurance and teamwork. This year introduces a club-based classification, a world-first initiative that highlights Rotary camaraderie in action.

Gala Evening & Awards Ceremony

Celebrate the spirit of Rotary at the Gala Party, starting at 7:30 PM. Hosted at the Confignon Community Hall, this festive evening brings participants together after an exciting day of racing.

The awards ceremony recognizes top performers, with generous prizes celebrating achievements by category and team:

First Rotary Team

CHF 1,500 (2 club members + 1 guest)

Second Rotary Team

CHF 1,000 (2 club members + 1 guest)

Third Rotary Team

CHF 500 (2 club members + 1 guest)

Following the ceremony, enjoy live entertainment by a local band and dance the night away. It’s an evening of fun, connection, and Rotary pride!

Relaxing Bike Ride: Conclude the Championship in Style

10:00 AM

After a hearty breakfast, gather for a 2-hour bike ride, departing at 10:00 AM. Experience Geneva’s breathtaking countryside as you cycle at a leisurely pace, savoring the connections and camaraderie built over the weekend.

Amenities such as showers will be available for participants, ensuring a comfortable conclusion to the event. Before the ride begins, enjoy a light snack to fuel your journey. It’s the perfect way to cap off three days of friendship, fitness, and fun.
